In your experience has this vendor made any authorized charges to your ppal? Is there an authorizing temporary charge hold of any kind?
I had a weird experience with 1&1 hosting I wouldn't want to repeat.

This vendor won't place any charge on anywhere for sure, because you don't pay anything, you don't enter your PayPal anywhere. You only need to click on the verification link in your inbox and you're good to go.

What happened with 1&1 hosting though? Can't it be that you just forgot to cancel a recurring plan?

I was browsing a plan with domain but bugged out before finalizing the order.
They took a charge on my Ppal and I amstilk waiting for the dispute resolution. Then I Google 1&1 scam and saw 5900 results. Nice. Thanks for responding. I just need to be careful of any more bogus charges sucking dollars away.
