Hello there, can you tell some tips of even points to consider in doing a keyword research?

I get my keyword, I think what is "relatively easy" to position.

Keyword provided is .50 + CPC and has many related variations, can be made into an authority site.

Already submitted 7 free keywords to fellow requested users. Now I am waiting for their reviews, so I can improve more and provide more good keywords....(Latest requests from users have to wait till reviews come..)

Got another keyword from warrior. 4k+ local searches, $1+ cpc, and really low first page competition. I am very impressed with the given keyword.
