Hello, is there a free keyword research method ? A method that does not need a paid software. Lets say just adwords keyword tool and making google search to see how many results for every keyword... is there a good tutorial ?

What kind of information do you need? Just # of search results?

I want to find competitive keywords without a paying software, just a free method to learn from it (learn by testing it of course)

Not entirely sure what you need, however if you are interested in free keyword research software, I believe http://www.traffictravis.com/ has free keyword research.

Very good tutorial, it tells what is the maximum acceptable allintitle and allinurl search results but does not say the maximum results for the exact search.

As far as ideal exact match results range, I am not too sure.
