Free keyword difficulty tool

I've been trying to get my head around keyword research and in the process I've been over analyzing and getting bogged down with it all. This tool is a real little corker and will help me massively in finding the best niches/keywords to go for. Thanks so much.

Gonna give it a try and see how it works out for me. 
I just signed up to try out your tool, it's really neat. Just had a quick question and pointer:
1) Is the keyword research based on Google (US) index? How can I check in another country's index?
2) Whenever a popup prompt appears, there's no 'X' icon to close it, and if you refresh, need to start search all over again
3) Will this always be free or will you be starting a members section soon with more advanced tool / support, etc.?

1) yes its now based on US index, another country's index will be available in KR hopefully with christmas
2)due to server limitation you will have to wait for the seo score to finish calculating before proceed with another one
3)it will always be free for its current features, in 2014 more advanced feature will be available in KR but that will require premium access for them.

you can re-check external links from http://www.opensiteexplorer.org, it will give you same info but detailed.

the average PA method works almost 85% of the time, i got several keywords below 20 difficulty score to get in google 1st page with very few backlinks, how ever the algorithm going to be replaced with advanced and better one after the case study with some pro members finish

so when it comes the difficulty score if 20 is easy, what would say 40, 60, and 80 be considered? I just discovered your tool literally 5 mins ago and have been playing around with it and really like what I see so far, I'm just trying to judge the difficulty.
