Free IP address / Referring URL Return Website

I am looking for a free service that will show the IP address and referring url for clicks on my custom tracking links to my website. I have found several free options (such as Grabify.Link) but those are for one-time use but none that allow saving multiple tracking links. I am simply using this service to compare with IP data in my affiliate network and view traffic sources for clicks on my custom links. Input is appreciated, thanks.
