Would it be legal for me to make a blog giving away the Insanity workout, if I do it can I get in legal trouble thanks

When you say "giving away", do you mean you've purchased numerous copies of the program at wholesale price and want to offer them to visitors or subscribers to your blog?

If that isn't the case, then yes, you can get in trouble for that.

Hey man,

Ask your lawyer as it is the only way you may avoid legal problems with copyright violations.

You can also contact the Insanity workout people and see if they will license you to do so. But again talk to your lawyer first.

Yes, I think you could get yourself in trouble doing that without asking for permission first. Ask your lawyer, then contact the insanity staff.

There's about a 99% chance that you're going to find yourself in legal troubles. These people spent a fortune creating the program and a fortune advertising it, so if they find someone giving it away for free there is going to be issues.
