Well, TLPC was too much in competition with Scrapebox and many similar software. Plus, I was too busy to keep it updated.
I hope that WikiSpammer will have a longer lifespan. I don't know if I will release it or if I will use it to run a service... We'll see!

All reports have been sent to people who gave me an article. Of course, I overdelivered because some wiki backlinks are doomed to be deleted by an admin or a moderator.
HIGHLIGHTS OF MY DATABASE
* All domains have a min. PR of 2;
* Several EDU domains are included;
* About 80% of the wiki sites are no-follow, but this doesn't really mater since wiki backlinks are mostly used to give trust and authority to a website, not to give link juice.

I'm impressed. If you haven't been chasing after wiki article links, this seems like a great way to get link diversity. I'm looking at the finished links and the OP clearly has some nice software in the making.
