Free hosting? Free blog?

Hi all just thought I would be nice and offer a couple things to a few members since I have gained so much since being here.

Limited to 10 members.

If you purchase your domain I will set you up with free hosting and create a blog for you. (Just nothing that illegal please or will get my hosting banned)

I will add the theme and everything. You can do the rest.

what do you mean by free blog?? u mean blogger or something?
or it will be a wordpress blog set on a free host? plz elaborate.
I have 1 domain which am not using.
