How much traffic can it handle per second if i use a medium scale application? Did you put it to a test?

well, i'm using it for my niche and getting 30k per month,but not tested it in larger scale yet

k that's fair enough for a free hosting. I will try it with a medium scale Yii application. Let's judge the quality. I will post my review here later..
