Well, here is a big step by step plan http://www.thirtydaychallenge.com/ and it is free. They method they teach is making a sales page for an affiliate product on a free Blogspot blog or Squidoo lens and then getting ranking by using other Web 2 tricks. No website needed.
As for free hosts, naturally I wouldn't use them for a real long term white site but remember that a spammy scraper site does not last long anyway. I am sick of buying domain names by the hundred and then never renewing the names because they are long dead before a year.
Free subdomains cost nothing, index faster and are much less likely to be banned.

I still haven't tried to run BlogSolution on a free site, but remember you can get free wordpress blogs at various places and set them to auto-update or use RSS2blog.
I am getting so much software and ideas from this forum! I just "acquired" RSSEvolution which I find works nicely to hide behind a more real looking site.
You set RSSEvolution to churn out spammy pages without creating an index.html file. Then you upload it to the same folder as a pretty XSitePro site and the index.html file of the XSitePro becomes the home page for the spam site as well. Just add a link in the footer of XsitePro called say Sitemap2 and point it at the sitemap of the spammy RSSEvolution.
Bingo. You now have a site that looks as white as snow but with a big batch of hidden adsense pages.

Where I can download the cracked version of RSSEvolution from this forum. I have download two RSSEvolution both are demo version is there any thing to be done before opening the exe.
