Free Host and affiliate script.

Hi. I am a forex investor and I have a blog. I want brokers to find me deals. What I want is, I will create a simple page as in my blog, and people can use their affiliate page to introduce other people. Then they will split the profits if I agree one of them. Is there any free host and free affiliate script fits best for that purpose? I am not assertive. It will be one short page as in my blog. And people will use their affilate link to refer me other people. What is the best host and easiest script? If one host has both free site and affiliate script that would be fine. If it is a few dollars; I can do that too. But I prefer free. Can you help me to find a free deal?
