Hi There!
I'm currently Running a Jobs Board website
I want to increase my site ranking and Authority
What type of backlinks I can create to increase Authority of my site and Ranking as well?
Please tell me some methods How I can create some powerful backlinks for free?
I can't purchase another wise I would go with any paid method to get powerful.

Please Help me out, Experts

joe hosts a website in his garage, do you want a link
 
That niche is very difficult to get into and even with paid links it would be very difficult to get top ranks. Don't bother with free links unless your keyword research is very good and your keyword has easy competition, no PBN etc.

Go for social bookmarking, directory submission, pr and guest posting. You can build some high quality backlinks from them
 
There are several types of link building however the most authentic way you can use to build links is guest posting from a relevant site.
 
Yes, take your time building relevant contextual links. You can search for them using tools like the Majestic addon (tells you which pages have good TF/CF metrics).

There are more ways to build backlinks other than just guest posting.
 
The rule of a thumb is simple:
to get authority links for free you will have to compensate your time with lots of creativity and time.

In my opinion job search niche has a great potential to get free links.
How can you build those links?
1. Create an expert roundup with question "What was your first job?", collect at least 20 answers from real bloggers/entrepreneurs who have recognition and then promote this piece.
2. Create an infographic "A Winning Job Search Strategy" and then submit it to free infographic sharing sites, show it to bloggers that are interested in job search and infographics and ask for sharing.
3. Learn about tool Xenu Link Sleuth (which is free), find 404 pages that have at least 30 LD and which are relevant to job search. Create alternative / better content on your own site, outreach webmasters to change link to your content.

I sincerely believe that if you put enough effort and time and try all these three methods, you'll earn at least a couple of cool links and a dozen of not bad hrefs.

You know what I think is that internet marketing niche is the best to gain backlinks.
 
By paid guest posting you can get high authority backlinks. Article publishing/Blog posting can be effective method for this.
