Apprenticeships are great and all, but you're going to have a hard time getting people with real/successful businesses to take you up on this. For successful businesses, this type of arrangement would be more of burden than an benefit, having to deal with:
- Someone who's brand new to IM.
- Asking a ton of questions.
- Who owes nothing to you. If someone on your payroll skips work, reschedules, does a bad job, or only wants to work 5 hours per week, they get fired. It's impossible to expect/ensure any kind of consistency with a free/"free" worker.
