With short term domains, just use a fake profile. Never had any domains deleted - yet!

Google And give 2-5$ to Google from godaddy by clicking the ad
I dont know if you will make money or not but surely google will

I don't think I have ever paid full price for a domain name registration. I always use godaddy and always use a coupon code.

They are extremely easy to find and if for some reason one doesn't work, another one will.
