I'm a little new to this area, so excuse my ignorance on this. But I had thought a service like Aweber could ban you for importing a large email list like this? Or, as long as you have people need to opt in, you should be safe? I could imagine people on the bought list could flag the request to opt in as spam. So that's my concern.
Hello mate, if you import million addresses you could be potentially flagged, but importing a couple thousand addresses at a time has never had a negative impact in my experience.
If you feel scary on this, try using your own SMTP service (there are many wonderful tutorials here on BHW and I am learning how to do that for myself too).
