Hello mate, if you import million addresses you could be potentially flagged, but importing a couple thousand addresses at a time has never had a negative impact in my experience.

If you feel scary on this, try using your own SMTP service (there are many wonderful tutorials here on BHW and I am learning how to do that for myself too).

for those as lazy as me, just use replace option in notepad and replace the unwanted text with space
