I haven't used any of linklicious' paid service yet, all I know is that with lindexed you get 15 times more links per day for about the same price, or even cheaper through BHW I think.
On the second question: They both get your links crawled. Again, I haven't used linklicious' paid services, but I know lindexed gets your links crawled in minutes! And whether or not they get indexed depends on the SE's and if they want to index the page in question and all sorts of factors play a role in there.

I'd like to know this as well. I use linklicious but always need more links indexed, PMing you soon.

Did you ever build any backlinks or buy from someone else? If you didn't, or can't find the file(s) anymore, then the only way to see your backlinks is to go to Yahoo Site Explorer or some other tool. The problem with that is, they only show the ones that are, obviously, already crawled... So if you have any backlinks you built or bought, send them over ;)
