Search on instagram, find so many accounts, everyone has a name "GET REAL F0I10WERZ" with a emoji before the text.
Why this kind of accounts still alive?
I think so many accounts have the same name. Ig can easily find this and ban this kind of accounts.

I thinks this is because, IG's bots aren't as smart as a normal human.
But when a human brain becomes a piece of shit (like mine, sometimes) he errs and IG gets it.
Sees the pattern, for example: settings, proxies from same subnet etc.
IG can detect that confidently.

But this case, I guess IG doesnt have enough data that its a spam account.
It might look at other data to come to a conclusion and only that data puts this guy at risk.
Not this particular username thingy.

TL DR;
IG isnt smart enough or efficient enough.
Or they're just avoiding coz too many legit accounts will be lost too(which use numbers in their username).
