What type of email and what format are you using? You need to import

$email:$password:$pop3:$port

if your using a non supported email. Yahoo/Gmail/Hotmail/Aol are supported for import, yahoo is no good due to the fact its not pop3 accessible.

That's because decaptcher uses the SHA256CryptoServiceProvider class which is not avaible on XP. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, OP.
