He is offering a free service. Don't expect rush delivery on free.
If I were the OP and you PM'd me ten times, I'd likely delete them and not provide you with any.

I got on this wagon pretty early, and just today received my likes. I am very happy for this - because it was free.
I'd have still been happy if it took another week, or even a month to get them.
