I ask because it says you need to wait 15 days...

Seemed longer than 15 days to me when I was doing it, so I started to log in everyday.. this site also shows up as a google back link when you good "link:site.com"

which is very nice

They remove link code for inactive users who only post a couple times.

Yup, Google makes it so easy to get a site penalized, all you have to do is post one link on a college's forum. No way anyone would use that for nefarious purposes.
