One suggestion would be to upload say 50 videos. I say this b/c I had simular issues when I only had one video running.
Change the title etc. It is a numbers game and you need thouseands of views to really have the conversions you want.
Some niches are better than others....does your niche have lots of competition?

If you're using a bland text video with no audio or video commentary, then people will regard it as spammy. There are thousands of videos like that on youtube with poor conversions.
Try putting your own voice commentary like a camstasia video.
It's also a numbers game. You're not going to get a 1-3% conversion rate if there are less than 100 viewers on video sites. Usually, you'll convert at least 1% with higher traffic. Youtube isn't a great site to get targeted traffic because it doesn't work like a search engine so you'll need more views to reach that 1% conversion.
Make sure you also have a compelling "call to action" on the description.

Hey,
You can use the same video but I agree you should have some voice comentary.
Also, don't forget it is important to split your videos over seveal accounts.
I like to use about 3 different videos and space them over the different accs with dif titles, descriptions, this is the work part but once it is done then your money will start to flow.

I think CPAlead has been having some problems lately too. I usually convert 8% of clicks and the last week it has gone to 2%

No, not 3 videos total. Let me be clear. You can use 3 different videos and upload to youtube. Use the three videos with about 16 different titles and descriptions. so the three vids become 48 videos.

Ok, the tags you have to get creative....one trick to try is get a keyword tool and you will be surprised at the new keywords you'll see in your niche.
The 48 vids is just a start. You should consider using some of the video posting tools listed on BHW to make your job easier.
In order to make the big bucks you will need to keep posting vids. Depends on your niche how many will be the magic number to get you the amount of cash you need per mo.

Also, make the book limited. Giving away to certain amount, qualified individuals, contest...
Give it a since of extreme value that will be missed if their not hopping on board right away. Raise a problem and give the solution with cpa action before getting book or in book as part of the problem solving process.
