Free Ebay / Amazon management software?

Reposting as I had it in the wrong category.

Is there such thing? I have a lot of items that are very similar and I need a quick way of making listings?
Also some software to make the listing look as best as possible as quickly as I can.

Also is becoming an ebay top rated seller worth doing as I am seem to be eligible

I also need a place to find good templates.
