Step 1. Go to imdb.com
Step 2. Create your account.
Step 3. Go to Account -> Account Settings -> Edit Profile
Step 4. Add your text and link.
You will need to add your link in the next format (remove whitespaces):
[ url = https://alexguemez.com ] Anchor Text [/url]
Save.
Step 5. Get the URL
At the top of the website, click on your profile and you will be redirected to your public URL.
Something like: https://www.imdb.com/user/ur123456789/
Step 6. Send your backlink to an indexer

I've been digging into the possibility of adding external links to IMDb bio pages, and from what I’ve seen, it seems that this feature is no longer available for new edits — IMDb appears to restrict such submissions now.
However, I’ve come across several older profiles where external links are still active and clickable, leading directly to external websites (such as charity pages, personal blogs, etc.). These links are definitely not internal IMDb links (nm/tt/ur format), but true external URLs.
My question is:
Has anyone here managed to include an external link on IMDb recently (especially in the bio section)?
Or did you do it in the past and your link is still live today?
Would love to hear if any of you have insights or can confirm this from your own experience.
