You can use an Indexing service from the marketplace and / or tier 2 links

How will it pass the link juice if it's noindex?
So ? Is It good for SEO ?
No... it will never get indexed as it has noindex attribute so it's a waste of time.

Ah in this case it's not working anymore that's true - They must have changed it as it was indexable at the time the thread was posted :)

Well, it's quite common actually.
When somebody posts something similar to your posts... hundreds of people rush to that site and spam it to death, so the site owners have to fight back.

A little notice - this method is not good because the final page is forbidden for indexing by meta-tag in robots
