FREE Domains & webhosting info

Hello guys,
I saw so many are offering free hosting and domains to create ad-supported sites.
I wouldlike to know where I can get free hosting and domains and also webmaster tools for ad-free option.
Any other suggestions of yours are helpful.

how about using google? honestly you won't find out if they suit you until you try them, every hoster has different levels of security and rules -> google it and try - good luck! (or pay $5 a month for paid hosting - what's the problem?)
