As most of you know, you have to purchase a one year extension when you get a domain transferred to you. Just thought I'd throw that out there for some of you who are not as familiar with domain name registrations.

Well not exactly, there's still a month or so on this domain, so if the receiving person has Namecheap they still have that time to use the domain without renewing the domain.
