Free domain appraisals - legit information?

Hey guys,

I recently checked one of my domains in 3 different appraisal sites (for free) and they are giving me some crazy results.

Estibot- XXX $
GoDaddy - XXXX $
Freevaluator - XXXXX $

Which, in your opinion is a trustworthy or close to the reality source, even if it's free?

I personally believe, that the domain's name is pretty decent and will take my time to check the details.

Can you guys give any advise on how to calculate the approximate value of a domain?

It all depends upon factors like domains age, brandability and your negotiation power. The automated tools mentioned above will just give random results nit worth paying attention to.
