there are many free hosting providers just google it and about domain you can get a domain for 1$ but still if you want free domain then go for .tk

If you really have a good plan, go with a paid domain and hosting. You would be earning back your investment within the very first week (provided that you do have everything planned out).

Use free hosting or domains for testing purposes only. As far as .tk goes, they are indexed by google. But, as soon as you get some traffic, you would lose everything. .Tk will park an ad on your domain.
