I created my own shortlist.
That means I analyse thousand of domains and when I see that a domain got +100% backlinks in the last 60 days I check the links from the 60 days, if they are high quality ones, that means someone professional is doing the job, so I just open all off those new links and see which one is like the one I just shared, that anyone can create a backlink with.

I do but mine is not a simple profile link like this. It is an add-on which will get 100s of impressions and some traffic every month. Other than that it would have a good DA and PA.
Also, for just 10 dollars. I create an addon, plus custom data for posting the addon, and obviously the do-follow link. So, it isn't a bad deal as mine is something better.
For example check this addon. It is indexed as well plus we can use any anchor we want. -
