blogsome is not on my list. the guy who sorted my list into PR is quoting an old list, I deleted blogsome from the list a while ago for not working

Bleh, I signed up freeblogit.com only a couple weeks ago and they just closed down. I just made a new blogreaction.com and it is working though.

I'll remove freeblogit.com, blogsplash.org and tabulas.com from the list

You can register with same email address

I never use proxies, unless you are creating 10s of accounts on each web 2s which I aint gonna do.

is the salon in the list referring to open.salon.com? because thats the only place i see that can be registered :)

isit still worthwhile to post on nofollow web 2.0 sites? my.opera has a lot of indexed pages but its no follow

I use hotmail but some of sites don't accept hotmail.
how about gmail or yahoo?

I personally wouldn't link to my quality sites with sites mainly written in a foreign language. I sorted them into different geolocations because I tend to think they're lower value even if they are in English as a main language, yet hosted in foreign geolocations.

They are probably vital to anyone trying to rank a dutch site. My opinion is they don't serve the purpose of what the web2.0 list is supposed to accomplish ... i.e. giving people a higher quality free buffer site that leads to their money site.

Everyone feel free to chime in and tell me if I'm wrong there, if you can get your sites ranking top 10 easy with foreign sites say so. To me ... its just sending a signal that my content is important to people with dutch as a primary language ... I can't see Google as considering that a good thing for a site that is in English (in fact, I see it as detrimental).
 
unofficially you could add myspace.com and xing.com as they both let you write content and throw in a contextual link.
 
I suggested adding all the nfollow that you removed ~ I do not care much about that and i think that all backlinks are equal and counted by Google.

I haven't looked at xing (or I might have just don't remember why I haven't added it off the top of my head), but myspace is a 302 redirect which does nothing for SEOs.
