That is my site. I created it specifically for testing SMTP. On that post, "another test" was the email subject line, and the rest was the body of the email.
Are you having problems finding the email to send your post to, or are you having a problem sending the email and it just doesn't show up?

My understanding is that tumblr went hard after "make money online" and similar. Tumblr is confusing because they went after that, but on the other hand if you want to make a subdomain full of boob pictures that's just fine with them.
Sucks if you're in the that niche but I'm not aware of them chasing after other niches like that. Though if anyone else posts something to that effect I'll check them out.
Regarding edublogs, they were on the borderline of letting them stay on the list. I've heard that they ban pretty easy, but on the other hand look at http://seoservices2.edublogs.org/2011/09/20/he-has-been-billedchargedinvoiced-with-seo-services-sexism-racism-and/. It's kind of hit-and-miss with them. But the point is they rip out your blog if it is SEO related and they bother to look.

I got the typepad's secret email address to send posts to - email posts just does not show up. Tried reseting that secret address, but still nothing. I used .eu email address with registration, I'll try gmail, maybe that'll make the difference...
Hey I can see that you had no Facebook account link on your blog, did you manage to register without facebook?

I have yet to be deleted by Tumblr, I have a ton of content there, however onsugar seems to be deleting everything that I put up.
