Thanks for the heads up, I'll be posting a list later today getting it over 100. I checked out zimbio and you're right, the link header is a 404, not a 301 ... so I'm going to remove zimbio from the list.

And I'll add the wetpaint and wikidot with nofollow next to it. Thanks!
 
I really hope that nobody would start selling automation tools for these sites. This dude would earn some fast $, but as time passes, this will certainly destroy the value of theses sites.

All the popular SEO 2.0 sites have devalued.
 
i made a new blog.de account and posted a unique article with 2 links to my sites. after 15 min it got deleted so be aware.

What is the best free email account provider for registering on all those sites?

is it hotmail?

I'm thinking of creating semi automated bot for registering mail accounts as there seems to be many needed here.
 
Slowly but surely I am manually signing up for all on the list

just may have found another one that appears to permit posting by email

Signed up for the free blog, the settings let you set "secret email" to email to

[email protected]

but my post have not showed up yet
anyways worth checking out if anyone succeeds posting by email there

That's good to know.


My strategy with this is to start with some niche related news posting, no links except to the original news article.... (you can always go back and edit later once they age a bit), set your google reader to serve you news on they keyword niche to fall back on some resources...

...so I post a few news items first to let the blog age a little before I go more commercial

Just in case they are checking if the new sign ups are real.
Also if it is a German blog, their security bot may be flagging sign ups from non German IP addresses for review... I am in USA so for the time being I try to stick only with US and English platforms

i have the same issue with blog.de. don't start with posting links on them. they will kick you immediately...
Your way is the right way.
 
FYI
blogdrive.com = nofollow
allows email posting but only on upgraded (not free) account
 
blogsome.com = getting a message "sorry but blog creation has been disabled indefinitely"
 
Anyone tried creating a 'network' (one way back link) to your money site
(same concept with private blog network - but now using web 2.0 sites as foundation)
