Free .com and .pt domains for 1 year

So, I have found a site where you can get a .com domain (and also a .pt domain) for free. Just be sure to be using a European VPN if you are not in Europe and also some fake data (like the address).

Be sure to uncheck the automatic renewal and also have around $0.04 in the card you enter (they will check it is a valid card by charging a small amount and then they will give you it back).

I think you can register a lot of .com using fake details and several cards but I haven't tried so I can't say if that is possible. Anyway, right now, the offer is working (I just got one .com and .pt), lets see how much time it is up!

After trying to pay with a visa card for a .com it went to a general error page. Has anyone encountered that ?

That is weird, maybe you didn't have a few cents in your card to verify it is a valid card?

Weird, I didn't have a message like that and I used fake data. If you really want those domains, maybe you can contact them, maybe you can send your identidication document telling them you entered a wrong one. If not, maybe try again.

I got an email asking me to confirm my email address and after that I got my domains (one .pt and one .com).
 
I got the 504 error, which turned into an error "Cannot insert card" the next time I tried. The third time I tried with the same card it worked. Seems more like a tech error on their side. Otherwise, it worked like a charm! Thanks, @Naulex !

EDIT: I take it back. I just got an email stating: "In order to activate your order you will need to send us the copy of the valid ID document / Citizen's Card / Passport, as well as the copy of the tax document (if you do not send a copy of the citizen's card) to the email contact @ amen.pt or FAX 707 45 51 56."

Thanks, OP, just checked on the site, can i accumulate many domains on a single purchase and get them all, though am seeing 0.00 on two domain added already, also can i transfer those domains to another domain provider like GoDaddy or NameCheap after purchase?

thought as much, was processing when i get to checkout page where i was asked to put my credit card, i just close the page, i will rather spend $10 on Namecheap to get domain than to risk my card details to some dude that promise to give you free stuff without knowing they are taking a whole lot from you.

I'm from Portugal :)

It's a well know site actually in our country.. they are not collecting cc numbers for sure.

But itsi useles.
As you can not change the name servers.
If you do so,your freebie account will be terminated.

No No.
I host my websites in Google Cloud and AWS...
So I need to change the nameservers to Google or AWS.
If I try to change the nameservers then the account will be terminated .
Cause the nameservers are default set to theirs nameservers..
So you have to buy hosting from them inorder to get your site up.
