Hey Gang,
I haven't tried this method, as I've been busy with other work. But this idea came to me the other day and I thought I would share it with you.
The idea is so use chat software developed for Deaf people to try and use the interpreters as a salesperson.
This is 100% free and the people speaking are American so their English is on point.
Sprint Relay is a service that allows deaf people to communicate with hearing people with the help of an interpreter. Using a chat interface the deaf person just types the message they want read. The interpreter reads the message to whoever you called, and then types what the person on the other line says. The best part is the Interpreter has to say WHATEVER you say no matter what.
So the idea is to write a sales script that tells the person that you are Deaf and then try to S.e.l.l. them something. At the very least it will be funny, and at the best you will get some sales/leads.
It's a good idea to call yourself first and see how it works, but basically before the interpreter reads what you type they explain to the person on the line that there is a deaf person that wants to speak to them.
This method is good because it doesn't matter if people hang up you just call the next person and you also have a record of the call and its 100% FREE. Only thing to note, is you don't know the gender of the person making the call,so use a generic name like Pat or Alex.
Here are the steps
Step 1 - goto ->SprintIP.c.o.m.
Step 2 - create an account
Step 3 - Enter the phone number you want to call and the type opening message
Step 4 - Chat Away
I think this could seriously work if a good s.a.l.e.s script is used or like any method if some kind of twist is added.
If you have anything to add to this I'm all ears.
