I probably shouldn't give this away as I do use it with different accounts.

But, if you head over to www.n a m e s.co.uk and find a domain name you want with a .co.uk

Add it to your basket you will then be able to register it for free and point the DNS to your hosting account.

They do ask for a billing method but they do not charge you.

I usually add the .com and .co.uk domain and then take away the .com domain at checkout.

Yes, full year. I have been using it for a while. I have a few domains from them.

It was particularly useful when I was out of work.

Pro Tip - if you want more than one, use a different email address. You can submit the same payment information and still get the free domain.

Make sure you guys turn off automatic renewals or your card will be maxed next year at this time. Lmao
 
I just got charged 1 $ on a visa card... I don't know how really I double checked everything..
Got the .co.uk domain that I don't need at the moment :) All good though.
