Anyone knows how I can get an email address for free, such as tutanota?
Gmail is not considered business address anymore, It goes the same for Zoho.

If you have your own domain, you can user amazon SES and route it through a free Gmail account.

I am looking for something without owning a domain. A single website that let's you register for free and gives you an email address you can use as well.

Have you tried GMX? They also give you free storage and online office suite. Protonmail is also good, if you like privacy. I'd stay away from Gmail, too many privacy and technical issues.

Otherwise, pony up some cash, you can't expect much for free, and certainly not business class. Check out Gandi for domain registrars. They include free email with their domain registration. Good, reliable service.
