Hi,

is there a hosting company where I can upload a simple HTML file... I dont need a domain, its ok to have a subdomain.. the page has no pictures. Only text, but it needs to be bullet proof against lawyers. Maybe some free hosting in Russia? Its a low traffic site, ~10 visitors a day.

Just get the smallest ofshore package you can find. You can find it for prices as low as 2$/month.
