you usally do it via mobile phone with a chip.

so cheap around 30.000 $5\m usally , it unlimited , this depends on what pre paid sim you get and deal.

with macros bit of knowlauge can even program a app to send the text via pc , takes skill but possable .

Bulk SMS with a Prepaid or Postpaid connection is not allowed in most of the countries that's why even companies stopped producing such software. In India you can buy subscriptions of the third party provides to do that like TextLocal, SMS24 and freekasms.com without sharing your mobile number.
