Hi,
So after reading a couple of posts i started understanding how important the email in general is.
While reading a couple of topics about what is out there in terms of services i was quickly disappointed.
So naturally i build my own dunning tool.
By sharing it for free i hope to find one of you who has a similar goal, can help me with ideas / suggestions / bug fixing.
Mostly i like to hord karma
First notes:
-You have to know basic excel. (The more you know the more you can customize it)
-The VBA code is unlocked meaning you can take a look under the hood and use it for your own goals.
-V0.1 is very basic, it can send a template which can be customized in the sheet template.
Potential next things:
-Rotate trough email sender
-Include Settings page
-Include a slowdown timer
-Email Tracking
-Using a pixel tracking to see if the email has been read
-Track a certain response the receiver can click on in the email
-Can include a vpn ip switcher if needed.
Usage:
Both Outlook and Excel is need to have this working.
While only the email is required you can also insert reference words unique to that email to use later in the body.
If you have multiple outlook accounts connected you can switch between them changing the number in c1.
Customizing the Template.
You can edit the white box. (I should include a option how big the white box should be)
In row 1 you can use references in the mail body which a unique to that certain mail adress. (Name, Location)
