Hello, do you know any blog platform for creare free blog on WORDPRESS?

You want to make a wordpress website under a different subdomain? I don't think this is possible. Unless you asking where else to create a free blog apart from wordpress which there are plenty. Others include but not limited to tumblr, http://storify.com, http://xing.com,http://rediff.com, http://crowdvine.com. CHeck out http://koporc.com/seo-resources/web-2-0-sites-list/

For a wordpress blog you have to use wordpress.com.
