I just Googled Free Blogging Websites, you can scrape that list and hit them all.

Also, there are tons of Niche specific blogs out there, so once you find the general free blog directories, insert your niche into your search.

For example:

"Register" + Free Health Blogging Websites
Free Real Estate Blogging Websites etc..
