Free blog host who allows image submission forms.

For a project I'm working on I'm looking for a free blog host (so I can stay anonymous) that allows image submission forms. Wordpress.com for example has a form builder but it doesn't allow photo submissions/uploads from the form.

I know how to do it on my self hosted sites but need to keep this project on the down low so I can't have a domain or hosting account for it.
