Ok so i got my free banner.

Turn around time was very fast.

As far as the graphic side of it I would say its not up to par with some of the other graphic designers on fiverr.

To me this looked like it was just a template that the wording was just placed into and sent over.

Dont mean to bash ya but it would not be something that i would post on the web.
