the effectiveness depends om your onpage, your niche and your targeted keaywords. It will not harm your site. Usually Web 2.0 sites getting not as good indexed as years ago, bit with a paid indexer it shoul work fine. - I start all my sites with 2.0++ and never had peoblems. I
