Fingers.

There isn't a quickfire solution to building backlinks and it depends what you're after. Ultimate Demon and GSA SER seem to be the most popular tools for most automated backlink building purposes for Tiers 1 - 3... But you have to know what you're doing and you're gonna pay a bit to buy them.

I personally can't say I know enough yet to be able to put them to use so I do things the old fashioned way.

Try UD (Ultimate Demon), Xrumer.

But don't build your Tier 1 backlinks using these software, it hurts your website rankings.

Man come on.. It's not difficult to search in Google and find out they aren't free. Do a little bit of reading and you might be able to answer your own questions!

There are a lot of bots available in market for creating backlinks, Please give some detail what type of backlinks you want to create then I can suggest you some good bots.
