Free Backlinking Methods for MNS?

Hey all,

So after jumping around from method to method without any success really, decided to focus on more long term models. I went ahead and ordered my first MNS from a provider here in the BST section. Now that the site is complete, I'm stuck on what to do and how to go about getting it ranked.

That I spent the last of my budget on the service/domain, I don't really have the option of outsourcing, even with Fiverr gigs. I've attempted to search through threads for free ways of linkbuilding, but they seem to rather vague or just recommend outsourcing it to begin with.

So I'm pretty much looking for advice on how to go about building some backlinks for a MNS without spending any additional money. The site has an EMD, but is not found in Google results for it's keyword at all (Pages are all indexed though).

Any advice is appreciated, but try to take into the account that I've done no SEO work before.

Do you have anytools? Or do you want to build them manually? I think its better to get GSA SER, if not then go with basic link building techniques and use them. Article Submission, Social Signals, Web 2.0 should do it.
