Platforms like Product Hunt can be useful not only for getting a profile backlink but also for visibility if the product or website attracts attention. Even if the SEO impact is limited, it can still help with brand exposure and referral traffic when used as part of a broader promotion strategy.

Product Hunt is great for link diversity, even though profile links are mostly nofollow now. Just engage with other products first so your account does not look like a drop-and-run spam profile. Solid method for foundational links.

Hello everyone,
Here is another simple free backlink method you can try.
Website: https://www.producthunt.com/
Steps:
This gives you a high authority profile backlink and also some exposure if people upvote your product.
- Create a free account on Product Hunt.
- Complete your profile and add your website in the profile bio section.
- You can also submit your website or tool as a product.
- In the product description and maker comment, mention your website or brand.
Takes less than 5 minutes to set up, and the link stays live.
If you try it, drop your results below so others can benefit too.
free us always good - great job my friend .

Thanks for Sharing the useful thing i going to this try this
Experimented with this technique recently, and it works, but you should not expect to boost your ranking solely by this.
The Product Hunt profile backlink is an easy win in terms of high-authority backlink and brand signal, and it can be literally set up within a few minutes.
But what I have observed:
Worth doing, yes, but then not to be a “DA 80 magic link."
It is more reasonable to use it in combination with contextual links + real content.

- It is more of a bottom-up/connection diversity play.
- Good Indexing + Trust Signal.
- Not one that will make rankings shift by itself

lol, the page where you put your links are noindex:
and try Googling:
you will see that it doesn't appear.
Which means that it's completely useless.
They know what you're doing. So they let you spam their site, but they just deindex it so that it doesn't harm their site.
So it doesn't matter how much DA or DR it has. Google doesn't see it.
They remove noindex if the product surpasses the threshold, e.g. here: https://www.producthunt.com/products/heytraders
this one isn't super popular, but it has 187 followers, while the previous one has 175 followers.
So it means that you need to get 187+ followers from somewhere to score the nofollow link.
take for example this: https://www.producthunt.com/products/supermachine
and try Googling:
Code:
site:https://www.producthunt.com/products/supermachineWhich means that it's completely useless.
