if you check manullay many free backlinks checker tools are giving you all the backlinks but some of ther links are not availble either it may broken and some incoming links are not avaible etc.If you need to verfiy you lve backlinks, i will suggest paid tools like ahrefs , SEMRush and majestic etc.. it shows do follow, no follow , lost links, . edu links etc...but it depends on your requirement you can choose the right tool. here i attached few free backlinks tools. please check that too. What I would add is to look into group buys. You'll have to pay but only a fraction of the price.

You can use the backlinkwatch and smallseotools for checking backlinks. But, it's best to check with paid tools like ahrefs, semrush to get full report.

Siteexplorer.info is awesome. Its use islimited for free usesrs I guess, but it is free.

Yes, but you can make a limited number of reports per day (I think 3 per). Which is not bad.
