Ahrefs is pay and backlinkwatch is soooo bad. I need one like yahoo site explorer, don't they have those anymore?

It's unlikely you'll find a free tool that does that as PR checks need proxies, and proxies aint free

They have got a free plan as well. You can try it out and if you love it, upgrade it.
