Seoprofiler is free and good but it doesn't seem to let you search deep URL's only domains. Also siteexplorer.info but their link database seems to have mostly been built over the last few years and doesn't seem to be crawling much if at all these days.

I suggest you to use ahrefs. It shows you how many links you used from how many IPs that links to which pages with which anchor text. You can also use raven tools, SEOMoz. Open Site Explorer is just a small part of the SEOMoz.

By little search just found a tool called searchcommander you can 50 URLs at a time for free.

There are also some fiverr gigs which give 30 days ahref access for 5 bucks. You can check them out as well.
